4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from NectarDell. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimate apparel or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
